Warranty & support
RangeSafe knobs are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of sale.
Coverage excludes misuse, mishandling, tampering, incorrect installation and damage from specific conditions, per the published warranty.
RangeSafe also publishes a 30-day money-back policy for retail purchases (unused, undamaged, with all included items; RMA required).
